Dux 30L Backpack

I was gifted this backpack recently and I have to say it's exceptional, quite a marked contrast to my normal backpack style. This pack has been designed with every detail in mind, the logical flow of the pockets and the quick access section at the top make it really easy to stow and store items. The single zippers on each side access point make sure that things don't fall out and the nicely crafted back panel with pass through is super comfortable even when fully loaded. Love the size of the travel pouch, its big enough to take the larger UK size plug and cables for my macbook and the quality exudes from areas where other manufacturers nickel and dime it. What I like: very nice materials inside and out, nice feeling and all quality. Well made, good padding, seems robust and is very comfortable worn on the back. Pocket design could have been better, it's good and the moveable sections are great but the rear laptop and tablet pockets create an extra pocket between and with all the padding takes space away from what could have been in the main compartment, I have camera bags of same size that are better laid out. Also the flappy pocket inside the the top pocket is just a bit annoying really so not a regular use space. The side pockets are useful but would have been better if they zipped up fully. Generally though I like the look and feel of this bag and am using it as my daily at the moment. BUT there is one major design flaw, the base is curved toward the front and this bag just won't "sit" on the floor or your desk, it falls on it's front constantly if not held onto or leant against something, very annoying. Maybe if I had a battleship sized laptop in the back it would be ok but I only have a lightweight one and regardless you really want the bag to stay upright whilst you put your laptop into it without having to hold on to the bag right? I’m now in the habit of laying it don it’s back on my desk or leaning against the desk if on the floor. The base would be better flat.

Love the storage compartments in this bag. Laptop area fits my macbook pro 16. Only negative is the straps could use a bit more padding for when this bag is fully loaded.

Amazing helpful staff and awesome product. I bought a 16L messenger bag, a 16L backpack, and a 30L backpack. Solid reliable items. I definitely will refer them and come back to buy more.
