Dux Shell Magic/Folio for iPad Pro 11" 1st gen

It is the first hard case I have found that provides side, corner, back and screen protection while still letting me use my Magic Keyboard with my iPad Pro 11in 4th gen. It’s perfect.

I have just purchased this to go with my new iPad Pro after having the same product for the second generation iPad Pro. My only quibble is with the power button overlay. The overlay seems to have trouble transferring pressure to the power button and many times activates Siri instead of turning my iPad off or on. I also would like to have seen a small cutout for the charging port on the Magic Keyboard. All in all, a great product! I'd just love to see those small issues corrected and it's a Five Star product for me!

Rugged protection for the exposed edges of the iPad Pro was something that was a must for me. I bought this IPad and Keyboard almost a year ago, and have been searching for protection that wasn’t the “Cover Buddy” or that other real thin one with the side exposed I cant think of the name right now, which doesn’t matter because this case blows the both out the water. You put the case on the keyboard and it snaps right in place, and is very sturdy. One thing that I don’t care for about the case is that it doesn’t come in other colors, and that it makes carrying a little heavier than normal. Other than that I don’t have a single complainant about the case. It’s space for the Apple Pencil is perfect fitting not too tight, not too loose, and removing the iPad from the case is not a struggle and doesn’t put too much tension on the iPad screen. I am glad that something useful has finally come out for this my magic keyboard! There aren’t many options out there! I took a risk spending $70 on this case with no reviews here on the site, none on amazon, no YouTube videos to refer to show me what I was looking at, and I’m still in love! Happy to be the first person to review this product!

This shell protector makes getting the Apple keyboard worth it. The Apple keyboard does not actually protect or hold the iPad. So this Shell protector does the job!!
